I am a
self-employed business owner. My income sometimes
fluctuates. I owe $300,000 on my mortgage. Most months I
pay the full payment of $1,625/mo at a 6.5% interest
only rate. If I have a bad month I wanted to be able to
pay just $995. And in months where I can afford more, I
have the flexibility to pay the fully amortized payment
options, which I liked a lot. The flexibility works
great for me! I love these guys!
